Candles and Essential Oils
To be eligible for a return, your fragrance products must be in their original, unopened condition, ensuring they remain unused and with all tags intact.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including clearance, final sale items, and specific products. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about the eligibility of your item.
All Other Products (Excluding Final Sale Items)
Our commitment to your satisfaction extends to all our products. Items other than final sale items can be returned if opened, provided they are in their original packaging.

Return Instructions
To initiate a return, ensure that the individual packaging of each fragrance product remains unopened. Ship the items back in the original packaging or a secure alternative to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for the shipping cost, and we recommend using a reliable, trackable method like Posten, Hjemhjem or PostNord.

Once shipped, please email us at ha@kaikaiaroma.com with the tracking number, the returned items, and the order number for efficient processing.
Refunds / Credits
Upon receiving tracking and order information, we will notify you of the return status. If approved for a refund, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Store credits, if approved, will be applied within 1-2 business days, ready to be used in your next order.
